Workplace & Careers
Our Story
Cornerstone.IT was founded by Jim Moreo and his late brother Tommy. The brothers had been working with remote work technologies that they knew could revolutionize the way people worked by providing work-life balance. Tommy, a Mensa member who held a doctorate in Industrial & Organizational Psychology understood that there is a human component to remote work. He developed a nine-step employee engagement and experience process that begins with the job description and ends with retirement. His process is at the core of Cornerstone’s above-industry-average employee retention rate and client satisfaction.
