Technology Assessment, Know Where You Stand

Not all of you can or should afford hiring an outside consultant to do a formal assessment of your organization’s technology. But all of you should be able to show management clearly where your technology stands, where you are behind and what your plans are to get you where you should be. In this workshop, we will walk through a comprehensive technology assessment checklist, discussing how to effectively pull the information together and analyze the results. This will provide you with a place to start and a roadmap to create a technology assessment report for your organization.
